1. Why are prices not listed in many of the products?
Except for a few products, most prices are not listed as they require consultation.

 

2. How long does it take for the products to be delivered?
This will depend on where you are located. International shipping charges apply to different countries.

 

3. How do you ship the products?
We send them via local delivery, FOB, CIF or standard international shipping for smaller products. If you wish for other delivery arrangements, please mention this when making an enquiry.

 

4. How much are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges differ according to the country and its area that you are in. Specify your location with us before ordering the product.

 

5. What are your payment terms?
We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, letter of credit or telegraphic transfer.

 

6. Is training provided for the use of the product?
Yes, but that will depend on the products purchased and where you are located. If you are located overseas, you are required to pay for our trainer’s reimbursements (travel, accomodation etc.).

 

7. I have emailed my enquiry. Why am I not getting a response from you?
We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 1-3 working days. In the event that we are not able to respond to you, it could be that we are dealing with an influx of enquiries, the email you have provided us was typed incorrectly, or that our email response ended up in your junk mail (please check and add us to your address book). We also do not respond to spam mail. In addition, some of our suppliers need your full company details before issuing a quote. This is a normal process and can take a few days.

 

8. Can I request for customised features for the machines I have ordered?
That will depend on the requests issued. Email us your requirements and we will make an accessment based on your requests. Not all requests can be made depending on the products, their technical limitations and their respective brands’ regulations.

 

9. I am having technical issues using the site, what can I do?
For technical issues, please email us at via the contact form with your concerns. We will resolve your issues as soon as possible.

 

10. How can I get information on the latest products that you will be selling?
Sign up for our newsletters and we will update you on the latest products available.
